Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and provide customer service
- Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
- Provide meat products to members by processing meat (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, and eliminate waste
- Secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Act as an advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service and products, and execute basics at the highest level
- Interact with associates to understand roadblocks, assist in training for job-related duties
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics using the Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners
