Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Provide meat products to members by processing meat, ensuring quality and standards for high-volume products
  • Drive sales and business results, plan for profitability, eliminate waste, secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage
  • Utilize digital tools to improve shopping experience, associate engagement, and make immediate business decisions with the member in mind; adapt to and encourage use of new tools
  • Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department/club, valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service/products, executing basics at highest quality, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity; implement action plans and use Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; identify priorities, deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvements
  • Embrace differences, create inclusive workplace, build team relationships, communicate positively, mentor/develop others, recognize contributions
