  • Evaluate the suitability and feasibility of emerging technologies for Walmart’s network, focusing on customer value and operational impact
  • Define and articulate the customer value proposition for new delivery innovations
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, technology, and operations teams to pilot, iterate, and scale promising solutions
  • Lead a high-impact data science team dedicated to innovation in last mile delivery
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of pilots and scaled solutions, driving continuous improvement
