Responsibilities

  • Maintain and process shipments by developing/posting delivery schedules, compiling/organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise, and paying expenses
  • Receive merchandise, organize/maintain the Receiving area, utilize equipment, merchandise appropriately, and complete required documentation
  • Track and process claims by returning damaged goods, handling liquidation merchandise, maintaining/cleaning the clearance area, and utilizing technology for reporting/documentation
  • Maintain facility safety by following standards/procedures/guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standards, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards using the Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change/feedback
