Responsibilities

Coordinate the completion of project steps, using standard processes and tools
Manage project schedules for assigned projects for each production step: translation, proofreading, quality assurance, and delivery to client
Establish strong relationships with internal and external vendors globally
Work with Project Managers to ensure accurate project tracking
Handle files
Ensure all finance systems data is accurate and kept up-to-date
Negotiate rates with external resources effectively, when applicable
Provide status updates to Project Managers or Sales Representatives as needed
Support Project Managers in executing translation projects, including assessing project scope, from quoting through delivery, ensuring client requests are met timely with attention to quality and cost-saving
