Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting and Finance with minimum 5 years of financial management and cost accounting experience with a multi-global, US company
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SAP specifically FI and CO functionality
  • Ability to plan and lead kaizens and implement measurement tools to ensure sustainment
  • Planning, coordination and organization of the work of others that may not have direct reporting organization
  • Knowledge of US GAAP/SOX accounting principles and practices
  • Willing to travel abroad
  • Willing to flex working hours if necessary to complete tasks or attend meetings/calls

Responsibilities

  • Calculate prices, support the establishment and communication of transfer pricing policies, and monitor compliance with these policies across Pall sites
  • Investigate and document data processes, enforce data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and improve material master data integrity affecting transfer pricing reporting
  • Act as liaison with finance, sales, trade compliance, external auditors (EY), and third-party vendors to resolve transfer pricing issues and support audits
  • Support global efforts to update transfer pricing, maintain the Global Value Chain chart, monitor entity profitability, and assist in entity valuations and impairment testing
  • Prepare segmented profit and loss statements, manage retrospective transfer pricing adjustments, ensure intercompany agreements are in place, and provide documentation for transfer pricing compliance
