Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), product specifications, and seasonality
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale systems, phone and in-person selling techniques
  • Ability to leverage digital tools, handheld technology, and systems for sales, service, business decisions, safety alerts, product information, and training
  • Ability to operate cash registers, process transactions, track and monitor returns and special orders

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians
  • Demonstrate expertise in safety protocols, tire/battery services, TPMS, product specs, POS systems, and selling techniques
  • Leverage digital tools to plan/drive sales, improve service, elevate engagement, adapt to new tools, and encourage team usage
  • Communicate needs for equipment/tools/supplies to TBC Lead, track returns/special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions
  • Work hands-on in physical area, maintain accurate inventory, audit safety/compliance, report complaints/hazards/product issues
  • Complete paperwork, logs, documentation; ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, stored per policies
  • Identify member needs, assist with purchasing, resolve issues/concerns
  • Act as brand advocate, value member experience, model high-quality service/products, develop/influence/inspire team respectfully
  • Comply with policies/procedures/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy in business processes
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with stakeholders, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change
