Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field

Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients in diverse settings

Facilitate group counseling and education, as well as specialized services like trauma and co-occurring therapy
Document all client services in compliance with state, accreditation, and agency standards
Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings to ensure effective care
Address crisis situations promptly and provide emergency interventions when necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Provide training and guidance on evidence-based practices to peers as needed
Represent the agency professionally in community outreach efforts
