A $2,000 retention bonus is available for new employees with in-training licensure, and $4,000 for those who are fully licensed. These apply to new employees defined as someone who has not been employed with Rogers for more than six months.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday, working in an acute care setting that includes inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient services.

The role requires utilizing empirically supported techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family therapy, along with skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, individual/group/family therapy, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Therapists work in an acute care setting including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services, leading collaboration among an interdisciplinary team to provide direct social services interventions.

Strong candidates will have experience or proficiency in empirically supported therapies like CBT, DBT, or family therapy, with skills in assessments, treatment planning, group/individual/family sessions, documentation, team collaboration, and a commitment to ethical guidelines and continuing education.
