  • Must have skills: Selenium
  • Strong experience across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile environments
  • Strong experience with Java, Selenium, Maven, JUnit/TestNG-based projects
  • Hands-on expertise with WebDriver IO framework and TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js
  • Basic proficiency in Java programming and framework setup
  • Solid experience in mobile app automation testing on both iOS and Android devices (Appium & Perfecto preferred)
  • Automation skills for Web UI and API testing using Selenium / Rest Assured
  • Experience working with REST services
  • Proficient in using Git for source control
  • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
  • Knowledge of Playwright MCP is an added advantage
  • Good understanding or hands-on experience with API testing using Postman/SOAPUI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong experience across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile environments
  • Create, enhance, debug, and execute automated test cases
  • Provide expertise in test planning, test case documentation, test design, and execution (Functional, Regression, Exploratory, End-to-End), along with defect management using Agile methodologies and industry-standard tools
  • Lead efforts to maximize test automation coverage and efficiency
  • Organize and monitor the defect management process, ensuring changes are properly handled
  • Coordinate between test teams and development teams to facilitate issue resolution
  • Prepare and deliver detailed test execution reports for squad and end-to-end testing, ensuring daily QA metrics are clearly documented
  • Support release-level activities before and after deployments
  • Review, write, and maintain automation scripts
  • Liaise with client-side teams to address issues and provide status updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation script issues, including object identification, merge conflicts, and error handling
  • Create test plans and coordinate test activities; identify and debug solutions for critical defects and blockers during testing
  • Develop comprehensive test validation documentation, including risk assessments. Clearly define test entry criteria such as test plans, estimations, approaches, test data, and deployment details
  • Prepare Test Exit Reports (TER) with clear metrics; ensure testing completion and documentation align with the agreed testing strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality advocacy by proposing enhancements to test frameworks, processes, and methodologies; promote early risk/defect detection and QA best practices to ensure high-quality delivery
