Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills, experience with CRM tools like Veeva, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
The Territory Sales Specialist will develop and execute strategic business plans to target and build relationships with key decision-makers in a designated geographical area. This role involves calling on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across multiple medical subspecialties, as well as engaging with retail pharmacies. The specialist will manage hybrid relationships through in-person and virtual interactions, utilize data to maximize strategies and ROI, and attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals. Responsibilities also include managing and tracking territory-specific information using a CRM system.
