Requirements
- Formação técnica em: Elétrica, eletrônica, mecânica, mecatrônica, eletroeletrônica, automação industrial, química industrial ou cursos parecidos
- Ser maior de 18 anos
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencial em Seropédica
- Apto para trabalhar em turnos
- Conhecimentos na NR10 (elétrica), NR11 (empilhadeira), NR33 (espaço confinado), NR35 (trabalho em altura)
Responsibilities
- Análises de tratamento de efluentes (DQO, PH, Turbidez, SS, IVL, Jar test, OD)
- Preparação e abastecimento de produtos químicos
- Análises do sistema potável
- Abastecimento de cloro no sistema potável
- Calibração de instrumentos (Clorímmetro, Oxímetro, pHametro)
- Manutenção em bombas
- Manutenção e inspeção de equipamentos e painéis elétricos
- Manutenção elétrica de bombas
- Processos de CIP (Clean In Place) de membranas Nanofiltração, Osmose e MBRO
- Operação de Filtro Prensa
- Reparos em tubulações hidráulicas (potável, água purificada, efluentes industriais e efluentes biológicos)
- Cumprir com o programa de manutenção dos equipamentos, executando-o de acordo com o target e as especificações de fabricantes
- Preencher relatórios de incidentes de segurança quando ocorrerem
- Preencher os quadros de atividades
