Requirements

  • Formación universitaria en gestión, ingeniería o áreas relacionadas
  • Inglés nivel alto (B2 o superior)
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia gestionando equipos multidisciplinares y definiendo roadmaps y estrategias de producto
  • Conocimientos en diseño UX/UI y uso de Figma (nivel básico–medio)
  • Habilidad para definir objetivos, analizar KPIs y hacer seguimiento
  • Interés por tendencias de mercado y evolución del sector
  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas según impacto y dificultad
  • Enfoque en el usuario y su experiencia integral
  • Proactividad, ganas de aprender en equipo y afrontar nuevos retos
  • Se valorarán conocimientos en CRO, certificaciones en UX/UI o en producto digital

Responsibilities

  • Diseñar y gestionar el roadmap y la estrategia del producto
  • Definir nuevas funcionalidades asegurando una experiencia UX/UI óptima
  • Crear wireframes y prototipos en Figma
  • Priorizar y gestionar el backlog del producto
  • Coordinar, supervisar y dar seguimiento a las etapas de desarrollo
  • Realizar y validar QA / control de calidad
  • Dar soporte al Servicio de Atención al Cliente (SAC) para la resolución de incidencias
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares en un entorno dinámico, aprendiendo y creciendo con nuevos retos
