Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS). A minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite implementation or optimization, including architecting ERP solutions, is required. Prior experience with full-cycle NetSuite implementations, gathering business requirements, and implementing ERP, CRM, & PSA solutions is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is essential. Consulting experience with other business applications like QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft is a plus, as is Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience. Certification as a NetSuite ERP consultant is also advantageous. The role requires the ability to develop and sustain client relationships, an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, adaptability to dynamic environments, and strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences. A passion for best practices and challenging the need for customization is also important.
Responsibilities
The Associate Director will lead client engagements, serving as the primary day-to-day contact and guiding teams through the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project execution. Responsibilities include developing thought partnership by addressing client problems in real-time, contributing to practice development, and supporting business development and sales efforts by identifying expansion opportunities and participating in pre-sales meetings. Key project execution duties involve collaborating with implementation teams to develop scalable NetSuite solutions leveraging best practices, translating business requirements into NetSuite functionality, leading client workshops for implementation strategy, and overseeing solution design and implementation. The role also includes working with client IT teams, presenting solution designs, ensuring the completion of project tasks and milestones, defining integration requirements, and leading engagement teams through all phases of NetSuite ERP implementation or optimization projects, including business process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
