Responsibilities

Supervise and verify production processes according to company quality systems, record issues and feedback, follow up on non-conformities' improvements and corrections to ensure compliance
Track abnormal quality information on raw materials and auxiliaries, feedback to suppliers to promote quality corrections meeting company standards
Execute and follow up on corrective measures for quality incidents to prevent recurrence
Investigate customer quality complaints, conduct sample evaluations, and follow up on corrective measures to reduce complaints
Collect and summarize production process data, review QC data records, form monthly reports for company operations and quality control reference
