Responsibilities

Perform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials
Conduct buy-off by verifying key process input variables (KPIV), including pressure, temperature, and voltage
Perform measurements and data collection for characterization samples
Monitor key process output variables (KPOV) during production to ensure process stability and product quality
Perform process adjustments as needed to maintain specifications and resolve deviations
Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and adjustments
Adhere to safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols at all times
