Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or sputter process operations (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of process control parameters and measurement techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Perform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials
  • Conduct buy-off by verifying key process input variables (KPIV), including pressure, temperature, and voltage
  • Perform measurements and data collection for characterization samples
  • Monitor key process output variables (KPOV) during production to ensure process stability and product quality
  • Perform process adjustments as needed to maintain specifications and resolve deviations
  • Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and adjustments
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols at all times
