Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience in backend development with strong domain knowledge in financial/trading systems, fluency in English, expertise in high-performance, distributed systems, proficiency in Go/Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and knowledge of at least one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis. A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, along with experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and RESTful API implementation, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Team Lead will lead the development of trading business systems, manage technical teams, drive end-to-end delivery of trading tools and products, participate in requirement reviews and technical solution evaluation, contribute to system improvements and challenge resolutions, propose optimization suggestions for business processes, and work closely with trading product teams to develop core business modules and workflows.
