Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate Degree in a technical field with 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, or 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Solid technical troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read pneumatic schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules (12-hour rotating day/night shifts) based on production needs
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull (10–200 lbs.), work at heights, and stand for long shifts
  • Willingness to learn and build technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment in pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, machining, and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and support equipment setups and changeovers
  • Train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and support TPM activities, including breakdown analysis
  • Document work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with operators, peers, supervisors, and leadership
  • Follow all safety and GMP standards, including LOTO and Confined Space procedures
  • Assess equipment reliability and perform routine adjustments and repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of quality checks, production numbers, and waste performance
