Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in engineering, such as IT, Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Instrumentation, or Robotics. They must have a minimum of 8-12 years of overall software experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to software architecture. Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming is required, along with experience with multi-core microprocessors (Renesas, Infineon Tri core, TI TDA4 preferred), device drivers development, CAN/CAN FD communication, SPI, MCAL, and Autosar Stack integration. Familiarity with POSIX OS (LINUX/QNX/VxWorks), Middleware Frameworks, ROS/ROS2/DDS, virtualization, Docker containers, and GPU is also necessary. Strong knowledge of CI best practices (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins), software modeling, Agile/Scrum principles, and ISO26262 Technical Safety Concepts is expected.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead - Posix will develop software architecture to meet functional safety, cybersecurity, and other automotive standards, performing safety analysis and addressing safety/cybersecurity requirements. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility, define software architecture for simulation, HIL, SIL, and middleware framework, and develop software architecture for vehicle prototypes ensuring modularity and flexibility. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to resolve critical development issues, assisting developers with code and design reviews, modeling architectures in UML, and providing guidance on software modeling practices. Additionally, the Technical Lead will contribute to CI best practices and possess knowledge of ISO26262 Technical Safety Concepts, with a preference for ADAS domain knowledge.
