The Technical Accounting Manager will manage the share-based compensation and equity accounting processes, including transactional accounting, monthly close, internal controls, and financial reporting. They will research accounting guidance from the FASB, SEC, and other regulatory bodies to evaluate the impact of complex share-based compensation arrangements. The role also involves driving operational excellence through process improvements, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal control procedures, and preparing and reviewing related financial statements.
