Responsibilities

The Team Lead will manage a team of accountants and accounting assistants, conducting 1:1 check-ins, answering queries, reviewing work, and reporting status to management. Key duties include resolving team questions related to data entry and bank statements, monitoring team members' work progress, providing regular status updates to management, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reporting packages.
