Requirements
- Strong background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, ideally familiar with Tax Reporting and Provisioning, Transfer Pricing, and Intercompany recharges
- Previous experience delivering Enterprise Performance Processes, ideally Tax Reporting (TRCS), Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning and Budgeting
- Knowledge of EPM platforms like OneStream, Insight Software-LongView, CCH Tagetik, SAP PaPM is a bonus
- Ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes to assess functional specifications, evaluate current systems landscape and proposed future state to identify gaps and improvement areas
- Experience overseeing development/managing junior team members
- Ability to align global Tax and Finance landscape with clients’ business activities and proposed wider business processes
- Capability to continually assess tax technology landscape and development strategies
- Understanding of how tax design interacts with other process flows
- Strong inter-personal skills to build relationships and integrate with wider client project teams
- Innovative and driven mindset to lead, promote, design, develop, and implement systems and analytics meeting tax business needs, ensuring clients keep pace with changing tax and legal landscape
- Ability to regularly update the practice/service line on new developments in technology functionalities or modules in future releases
