Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
Legal authorization to work in US (no sponsorship)
Ability to travel for business within North America, Europe and Asia (~50-60% travel)
Valid full driver's license
Currently reside in and around Fort Wayne, Indiana or willing to relocate
Preferred: 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred: Experience with AMR/AGV systems integration

Responsibilities

Commissioning & integration of AMR systems at client facilities worldwide, including on-site deployment and integration with facility-side automation equipment
Daily on-site support at customer sites to capture issues and support system optimization efforts
Detailed solutions design of AMR systems using OTTO by Rockwell Automation products (workflow design, attachment design, map design, middle layer software logic using Ignition OPC/UA, FT Optix, PLC logic)
Author and execute acceptance test plans for system validation
Optimize system performance through analysis, simulation, and experimentation
Project planning for deliverables and work packages owned
Communicate technical details and status to customers and project team
Consult with integration partners on solutions design and related activities
Deliver training to integration partners and end-users
Troubleshoot software & hardware issues using internal tools
Author new product requirements based on lessons learned
Work with systems engineering team to improve tools, processes, and inter-departmental relationships
Provide Tier-3 advanced technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams
Offer after-business-hours rotational on-call escalation support
