Requirements

Bachelor’s in science nursing (BSN) with 2+ years’ experience (OBGYN experience a plus)
Previous experience in clinical trials or real world (phase 4) observational research
Fluent in English
Working knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice (ultimately, pass GCP certification)
Good skill in using MS Windows and Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Responsibilities

Serve as the virtual study coordinator for PIs and patients participating in pregnancy registries and other observational trials
Act as the primary contact for patients and HCPs participating in a registry
Facilitate completion of protocol specific tasks remotely using the telephone, email, fax and various portals
Provide information and follow up to incoming calls and emails per project direction
Administer informed consent verbally or online
Follow up with patients and/or HCPs per protocol
Collect and enter data in the study electronic data capture system (EDC) per protocol
Recognize and escalate any AE/SAE according to protocol
Resolve any data queries
Maintain investigator site file as necessary
