Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of electronic circuit theory, computer architecture, or hardware soldering skills from electrical engineering laboratory or projects
  • Good problem-solving skills with a desire to learn system-level design and analysis techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in designing and developing GPU server hardware and systems
  • Actively learn and practice debugging skills, leveraging hands-on training and support from experienced team members to develop strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Support validation and testing of newly developed designs, including board bring-up and troubleshooting
  • Assist in debug test configurations and support failure analysis under guidance from senior engineers (e.g., manufacturing defects, yield issues, bonepile recovery)
  • Document design processes, results, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement
