Requirements

Bac+5 formation (École d’ingénieur, Université or equivalent) in informatique
Significant experience in an Agile environment at the scale of an SI in a large group
Good communicator with proven analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent knowledge of the Banking & Finance sector
Knowledge of technical stack: Horizon Market Making, ION Trading, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Linux, Windows, Python, ITRS Geneos, ELK
Mastery of Agile methods and tools
Mastery of project management
Mastery of operational team management in capex/priorities mode
Knowledge of financial markets operations, order sending systems, and market data platforms
Motivated by teamwork and comfortable in international teams
Proactive and proactive in proposals
Able to communicate with diverse audiences (infrastructure teams, production, vendors, business)
Leader capable of rallying a team around a common vision
English level B2

Responsibilities

Coordinate, organize, and pilot team subjects and projects
Implement and animate an Agile approach adapted to a team handling both support and projects
Establish effective "follow the sun" monitoring with international teams
Manage budget and reporting for clear visibility on resources
