Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction and customer experience enhancement across Tonal’s hardware products
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies for new product introductions (NPIs), supporting procurement, tooling development, and ramp readiness
  • Own quoting processes and cost management across components, subassemblies, and contract manufacturers
  • Drive a global tooling strategy, ensuring the right balance of cost, lead time, and capacity to support both current and future production needs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics and manufacturing partners to improve overall supply chain design to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals
  • Serve as the key liaison for supplier readiness, ensuring material availability aligns with program schedules and volume ramps
  • Communicate program updates, risks, and mitigation strategies across teams and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment
