  • 8+ years of relevant manufacturing environment experience including leadership roles; pharmaceutical experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Designs the strategy for managing the Supply Chain and establishes the processes necessary to align with the company's goals; establishes and upholds all systems that support Supply Chain Management
  • Manages the Demand and Supply Planning team; responsible for improving and implementing coordinated Sales and Operations Plans (operational and tactical level) processes including maintaining the capacity models
  • Coordinates customer service processes, including order management (order to cash/shipment), order tracking, and customer service performance in conjunction with business management and project management functions
  • Leads warehouse and distribution operations including compliance aspects (Trade, GMP, DEA, etc.)
  • Manages inventory and optimizes purchasing activities to ensure production readiness while hitting working capital targets
  • Optimizes processes for forecasting and invoicing customers
  • Leads team to implement change, understand consequences, and acquire dedication through mentorship, training, and clear objective setting to meet the site’s short-term needs and long-term ambition
  • Develops members of the department to be key leaders within the organization
  • Builds and sustains employee engagement by crafting a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve
