Requirements
Title of Chemical Engineer, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial or related career (Required)
Minimum two years in supervisory roles (Required)
3-5 years of specific experience in the control of treatment programs and water control for high-pressure boilers, cooling towers, desalination plants, demineralization plants, pre-treatment systems and clarification (Required)
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective chemical control of the service
Lead and control the planning, coordination, and execution of the service, promoting in their relationship with the involved parties, commitment to creating value, developing collaborative management and management supported by continuous improvement
Comply with and enforce with the ‘CLIENT’ the commitments of the contracted service, and obtaining the results of the agreed goals
Supervise the execution of physico-chemical analyses, tests and tests that determine the characteristics of substances, according to the established standards and regulations
Supervise the handling of chemical solutions according to pre-established procedures for the maintenance of water control parameters for boilers and desalination plants
Prepare operating procedures and instructions, following the internal quality management standards of the ‘CLIENT’
Prepare and validate risk assessments
Prepare and issue work permits
Track, measure and record operational parameters according to pre-established procedures
Manage and track normative sampling, receipt of reports, evaluation of results, analysis of trends and archiving of contracted companies by the ‘CLIENT’
Review and establish minimum and maximum inventory quantities of chemicals according to demand
