Requirements
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Undergraduate or first-year master’s in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or Data Science
- Coursework or projects in process modeling, optimization, or simulation
- Comfortable with Python (pandas, matplotlib, SimPy optional) and Excel
- Curious about manufacturing operations and how data supports decisions
Responsibilities
- Instrument and capture structured data from production systems
- Assist with model calibration and parameter estimation for our discrete event simulation
- Prototype visual dashboards and reporting tools (Python, Excel)
- Document data workflows and contribute to tool-design discussions
