Required qualifications include 10+ years experience developing and managing Fracture Control Plans and performing structural analysis using FEM methods, proven leadership in design, analysis, and verification on a major aerospace program, ability to scale analytical rigor and lead cross-functional teams, expertise with NASTRAN, ABAQUS, NASGRO or comparable tools, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred), plus U.S. citizenship eligible for DoD Secret clearance.
Strong candidates will have an advanced degree, experience with missile defense or space vehicle programs, a strong track record leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing design-to-delivery cycles, background in systems engineering or technical program management, and TS/SCI clearance.
