Candidates should have over 10 years of industry experience in direct sales, partnerships, alliances, or business development. A background in a two-sided marketplace or at a data vendor/ISV is essential. Strong verbal and executive presentation skills, business and financial acumen, and a proven self-starter attitude with a high degree of initiative are required. Candidates must possess foundational knowledge of the cloud ecosystem and the ability to measure and report on business success. A Bachelor's Degree is required, while an MBA is preferred.
The Strategic Data Cloud Product Specialist will create and execute plans to acquire new data and application partners. They will engage with the global Data Cloud Product team to align on strategic partner execution plans and deliver guidelines to partners regarding deployment on Snowflake. The role involves working directly with global partners to drive their success on the platform, supporting and delivering training and onboarding for new partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
