Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail for directing vendor specifications and proofing work (mechanical and on-site visits)

  • Capability to collaborate and facilitate workstreams between Minneapolis and Target in India to optimize processes and create efficiencies

  • Effective communication skills with internal and external partners, including understanding creative concepts from design, communicating color direction to agencies, requesting vendor quotes, and general team emails
  • Understanding of various store designs and hardware used within them
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements to processes and outputs, seek creative solutions, and problem-solve with the team
  • Experience in fostering team dynamics through coaching (implied senior-level capability)

Responsibilities

  • Produce In-Store Marketing elements for multiple categories and businesses
  • Lead production to ensure in-store marketing elements are produced correctly, on time, and on budget
  • Direct specifications to print vendors and proof their work through mechanical reviews and on-site visits
  • Overcome obstacles and problem-solve with the team as needed
  • Estimate projects and keep the team informed of estimate changes
  • Assist with onboarding of new vendor partnerships
