This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities include picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, picking up returns and cores, dropping off sales flyers while promoting sales and loyalty programs, daily collection of credit accounts, building customer relationships, assisting in upselling, maintaining store cleanliness, general stocking, and engaging walk-in customers.
Essential skills include safe driving and navigation ability, ability to use delivery board system, friendly and persuasive communication, ability to locate and stock parts, safety knowledge, operating inventory systems, sales aptitude, customer service orientation, speaking and writing English, reading documents like safety rules and parts catalogs, using basic math, working varied shifts, and confidence in engaging customers.
Automotive parts experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
The role requires predominantly walking or standing, talking and hearing, using hands to handle items, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, plus specific vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception and focus adjustment.
