High School Diploma (Certification may be required)
Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and reading skills to count stock and check supply order sheets
Physical ability to frequently sit, walk, stand, use hands to handle/grasp/twist objects, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, reach with hands/arms, and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance
Constant bending, stretching, and good eye/hand coordination
Strong shoulders and back
Ability to work in warehouse environment with changes in temperature/humidity, moderate to high noise, indoor temperatures of 75 degrees or higher, freezer temperatures, hot/cold outdoor conditions, exposure to chemicals (cleaning solutions, mineral oil, vehicle chemicals), loud machines, and odors (yeast, dough, oils, grease)
Availability for full-time schedule starting at 6am Monday-Friday, frequent/required overtime, possible schedule changes on production needs/holidays

Responsibilities

Receive stock from suppliers
Put stock away in storage areas following defined procedures and processes relating to allergen coding, lot number coding, rotation of stock, and upkeep of stock area
Drive bakery van and make deliveries to stores or other locations as required
Occasionally work in production areas or pan room according to production needs
Perform other tasks as requested by management depending on circumstances or emergencies
