High School Diploma (Preferred) or equivalent (GED)
One year warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (i.e., college coursework)
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation in 8-10 hour shifts
Ability to work weekends, holidays, day and evening hours, and overtime as assigned
Ability to follow verbal (oral) and written instructions
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse operation
Good attention to detail and basic math skills (to count product and accurately audit products)
Ability to follow safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies and practices
Ability to work in multi-temperature areas (e.g., freezer, coolers, dry conditions)
Must report for work regularly and on time, as scheduled
Ability to take direction from supervisor(s) and work well with others
Ability to work well under pressure, organize and prioritize work assignments, and meet established deadlines
Ability to perform assigned tasks accurately and completely
Ability to be flexible and handle changes in work requirements productively
Physical ability to frequently sit, walk, stand, use hands to handle/grasp/twist objects/tools/controls, use feet for repetitive movements, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, reach with hands and arms; lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
Tolerance for warehouse environment with changes in temperature, humidity, and noise
Responsibilities
Audit selection picks/pallets/loads and/or forklift set-downs and put-away to ensure accurate product and count according to selection order
Verify tax stamps to ensure inventory accuracy aligns with stamps to orders
Oversee the audit process of pallets/loads to ensure accurate product and count according to selection picks compared to order or set-downs/put-aways, ensuring audits are completed timely and accurately through random selection and review
Ensure audits are conducted on the required percentage of cases/pallets per established guidelines
Maintain records and results of audits; provide results to supervisor for production accuracy results
Audit tax stamps to ensure physical inventory aligns with inventory control records
Verify and oversee stamp machine changes and/or hand stamps to ensure correct stamps are used or loaded accordingly
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
