Requirements

  • Preparing exclusively a BTS Management de l’Hôtellerie Restauration option B (cuisine)
  • Mastering the basics of cooking techniques and being able to explain them with ease
  • Good mood and ease of communication
  • Resistance to stress and sense of teamwork
  • Intransigent on hygiene and food safety
  • Aware of the need for scheduling flexibility, working weekdays and weekends with hours from 6:00 to 2:00
  • Seeking a full-time internship of more than 28 days and up to 6 months maximum

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily production by following technical sheets and respecting established quality standards
  • Ensure different positions (hot, cold, etc.) while adapting to service situations (allergies, menu changes, etc.)
  • Develop dynamic communication and initiative within your brigade
  • Co-animate daily briefings and participate in training new team members
  • Ensure the application of HACCP standards within your restaurant
