Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery phase of large Mobile Engineering projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, determining strategy, driving prototype development, and implementing prototypes
  • Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices by analyzing information, engaging support teams, formulating action plans, and performing root cause analysis
  • Lead project teams for Mobile Engineering projects by providing direction on project plans, identifying solutions and timelines, guiding on issues, reviewing solutions, and conducting design/code reviews
  • Develop innovative mobile technology solutions and strategies by collaborating with business partners, assessing opportunities, benchmarking practices, forecasting technologies, and influencing decision-makers
  • Lead medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by determining requirements, translating into mobile solutions, writing/developing code, integrating solutions, developing UI, testing, and communicating status
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, developing plans, removing barriers, providing resources, measuring progress, and developing contingency plans
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and building teams
