8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on building customer-facing products
A history of sustained contribution over time
A vision for what great software and great engineering looks like
Excellent product-level thinking – understanding customer journeys and data flows
Ability and desire to solve high-impact problems using any necessary tool
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and business needs to the engineering team

Responsibilities

Work in diverse product areas to solve challenges related to appointment booking, patient information collection, and payment processing
Design, architect, and build delightful and scalable software solutions
Own cross-functional projects end-to-end, from technical design to launch and rollout
Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to generate, prioritize, and deliver on ambitious engineering goals
