As a Staff Software Engineer at Fluxon, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of products to market while learning, contributing, and growing in partnership with our leadership team. You’ll be responsible for guiding project delivery all the way to the user, leading projects, building and iterating in a dynamic environment. You’ll partner directly with clients to understand their needs, and achieve business goals. You’ll define product requirements, identify appropriate system designs and planning development in partnership with our Product and Design teams. You’ll support the development of a healthy and effective engineering culture.

About the Role

Fluxon is a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. We offer full-cycle software development: from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development
  • Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring and incident response
  • Fluent in the design and implementation of scalable system architectures, data structures and algorithms, and effective development practices
