Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or staff engineer role
Deep expertise in C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies
Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and data modeling
Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native solutions, preferably on Azure or AWS
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred
Proven success leading high-impact engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in healthcare is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Lead architectural and design efforts using .NET technologies, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals
Set the technical vision and drive high engineering standards within the team
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and maintain a clear technical roadmap
Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and milestones
Own the quality of deliverables by ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, reliability)
Drive iterative improvements through design, code, and operational reviews
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement
Evaluate and integrate new technologies where appropriate to keep our stack modern and efficient
