Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavior health is preferred; and they must be able to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Talkiatry, you will provide supportive therapy and medication management to patients, conduct minimum 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up visits, and utilize a custom-developed technology-driven EMR with integrated telemedicine and direct lab integration to track patient outcomes; you will also build and maintain a strong in-house referral network and ensure seamless clinical information sharing through the EMR, while maintaining schedule flexibility and focusing on providing great care.
