Requirements
- Board Certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNPA) with a minimum of 4 years’ post-grad experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting
- Active and unrestricted license and DEA
- Prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment to patients
- Conduct intakes and follow-up visits, with a minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-ups
- Utilize Talkiatry’s integrated EMR, including provider-to-patient messaging, telemedicine, and direct lab integration
- Manage medication management alongside supportive therapy
- Participate in a strong in-house referral network to specialists and therapists
- Utilize custom-developed technology solutions for psychiatry
