Requirements

They should be adept at integrating data, research, business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs into well-crafted solutions, iterating quickly and incorporating feedback. Responsibilities
This role involves defining, crafting, and iterating on the company's mobile design system to meet usability and performance standards. The designer will explore and implement new mobile platform capabilities, collaborating cross-functionally with research, PM, engineering, analytics, brand, and marketing teams. Responsibilities also include analyzing user behavior to identify design improvements, raising the bar on design execution and culture, and informing creative direction and information architecture to create a seamless user experience across the marketplace.
