Requirements

Experience crafting delightful consumer design, with a portfolio that elicits "nice" reactions and remains user-centered while balancing innovation with intuitiveness
A bias for action, thriving as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment where you wear many hats and bring ideas to life
Comfort with ambiguity, always learning and growing, and able to bring clarity to fast-moving problem spaces with more questions than answers
Expertise in Figma (bonus for skills in animated prototypes and building/maintaining design system components)
A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus

Responsibilities

Elevate the design of the web and mobile app experience across platforms, driving end-to-end designs primarily for the web app on desktop and mobile, with involvement in other surfaces
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and other teams to incorporate the best ideas from anywhere
Hold an incredibly high standard for quality and craft, focusing on little details like pixel-perfection, microinteractions, and motion design
Innovate by pushing the boundaries of UI and UX while keeping the user experience intuitive and engaging
