Requirements

Candidates should have 7-12+ years of professional software development experience with native iOS development, including expert-level proficiency in Swift and experience building complete applications with SwiftUI. Proven ability to design, lead, and implement scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures, design complex systems with client-server interactions, data caching, and error handling, and mastery of modern concurrency models in Swift are required. A proven track record of mentoring senior and mid-level engineers, including code reviews and pair programming, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Staff iOS Engineer will drive the overall technical design of iOS applications, provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, and ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. They will identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, conduct code reviews, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in iOS development. Responsibilities also include contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and shaping the company's engineering culture, building secure consumer wallet experiences, designing modular iOS frameworks, contributing to agentic shopping flows, partnering with backend and crypto teams, and ensuring seamless performance in complex financial flows.
