Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience designing, building, and scaling complex systems (10+ years preferred for Staff level)
Proven experience with Python and Django/Django REST Framework in production environments
Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Redis
Hands-on experience with AWS (Fargate, ECR, S3) and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Exposure to or interest in AI/ML tools such as PydanticAI, OpenAI APIs, and agentic AI development
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across levels
Apply expert-level technical knowledge across multiple domains

Responsibilities

Design and build complex systems that span multiple teams

Shape the technical direction of the platform
Guide and mentor engineers across levels
