Requirements

7+ years of experience in Test Automation Engineering within large-scale systems
Strong Java development skills and deep understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience with API, unit, integration, and end-to-end test automation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive mindset with ownership, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated testing frameworks across multiple technologies
Driving test automation best practices and standards throughout the organization
Collaborating with R&D teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing pipelines
Building and improving CI/CD integrations to ensure fast, reliable releases
Mentoring QA engineers and promoting a strong automation culture
Analyzing test results and continuously improving test coverage and reliability
Contributing to architectural decisions for testing infrastructure and tools
