Requirements
- Experienced attorney (licensed to practice law)

- Ability to provide comprehensive legal services with primary focus on health law and health access, and secondary focus on family law/intimate partner violence
Responsibilities
- Provide direct representation to LGBTQ+ residents of the Bronx in various civil matters, including community and economic development, public assistance, social security and other benefits, healthcare, advance directives and planning, housing preservation, consumer law, and affirmative litigation challenging discrimination and systemic abuses faced by LGBTQ+ and HIV-affected communities
- Conduct community education, provider education, off-site intake, and outreach, including intake at community health centers as part of medical-legal partnerships
