Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in incident response, security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring. A background in presenting to stakeholders from individual contributors to executives is required, along with experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations against targeted threats. Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts is necessary, as are strong project management skills. The ability to travel on short notice up to 5% of the time is required, and candidates must reside in the Eastern US Time Zone. Familiarity with contemporary scripting languages and application programming interfaces (APIs) is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior CAO Analyst will serve as a liaison between customers and CrowdStrike CAO teams, providing cyber threat analysis through regular customer briefings. Responsibilities include tracking and fulfilling customer requests using CrowdStrike CAO resources, relaying customer feedback to internal teams, and developing trusted partnerships by helping customers identify and operationalize threat intelligence and threat hunt findings. The role involves working within a team that owns a portfolio of customer accounts, facilitating customer satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor. Analysts will prepare and deliver intelligence reports, dark web alerts, threat hunts, and findings to customers, and triage customer questions related to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction or streamline internal processes.
